You'll make more dishes than in online classes.

 

Middle Eastern

Celebration Vegetarian:

Indian:

Vegan: (you can cook an adjusted Indian/Middle Eastern menu or try this around-the-world meal)

make honey-salted roast almonds, Ethiopian berbere spice and soup, roast pumpkin, treviso, crostini, rocket and pine nut salad, roast apples with olive oil and cinnamon cookies

Fish:

whisky Gravadlax, apple and dill salad, fishcakes with alioli, fried squid with sweet chilli sauce, salt-baked sea bass, Catalan-style bream with potatoes, tomatoes and herbs, Jansson’s temptation, Lemon sole with butter and wine

Introduction to cooking and knife skills:

 knife skills, choosing good vegetables, pita bread and dips, seasonal minestrone soup, meringue with raspberries & cream, pasta Genovese (pesto & green beans)

 

Italian:

castagnaccio, caponata, ribollita

spaghetti with cauliflower, chilli, anchovies & pine kernels, semolina gnocchi with mushrooms & gremolata, lemon polenta cake, tortiglioni
