You'll make more dishes than in online classes. Covid safety guidelines apply.


Middle Eastern

Celebration Vegetarian:


Vegan: (you can cook an adjusted Indian/Middle Eastern menu or try this around-the-world meal)

honey-salted roast almonds, Ethiopian berbere spice and soup, roast pumpkin, treviso, crostini, rocket and pine nut salad, roast apples with olive oil and cinnamon cookies
